1. Overview & Commitment to Privacy

LeaseWise LLC ("LeaseWise", "we", "us", or "our") provides automotive lease reverse-engineering tools, calculators, and negotiation scripts via myleasewise.com and native mobile applications. We operate on a strict privacy-first principle: your calculation inputs remain local on your device and are never sold to automotive dealerships, brokers, or third-party lead aggregators.

2. Information We Collect

• Client-Side Calculation Data: Vehicle MSRP, selling prices, money factors, residual values, and dealer fees you input are processed locally in your browser/app memory. We do not store your private calculation worksheets on central databases unless you explicitly export or save a report.
• Payment Processing: Payments for the 60-Day Deal Pass are processed directly by our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor (Stripe, Inc. or Apple/Google In-App Purchases). LeaseWise does not collect, process, or store credit card numbers.
• Anonymous Usage & Diagnostics: We may collect non-identifiable technical data (device type, operating system version, crash diagnostics) solely to optimize calculator speed and accuracy across states.

3. Zero Data Brokering Policy

Unlike traditional car-buying portals, LeaseWise is an independent consumer audit tool. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or share your contact information with automotive dealerships or lenders. You will never receive unsolicited dealer sales calls as a result of using LeaseWise.

4. Security & Data Protection

All communication between your device and our web servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption. In-app purchases and subscription tokens are verified securely via cryptographic signatures.
