1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using myleasewise.com or our mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Educational & Audit Purpose Disclaimer

LeaseWise provides mathematical reverse-engineering calculations, time-value-of-money models, state tax estimations, and negotiation templates for consumer informational and educational purposes only.

• No Financial or Legal Advice: LeaseWise is not a financial advisor, credit repair organization, or law firm. Calculations represent mathematical estimations based on user-entered parameters and public state taxation rules.
• Independent Consumer Tool: LeaseWise is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any automotive manufacturer, dealership network, or captive automotive finance company.

3. Purchases & Deal Passes

Access to advanced features, including the AI Negotiation Script Generator, full 50-State Tax Engine, and PDF Audit Reports, requires purchase of the 60-Day Deal Pass ($6.99). All transactions are processed securely via Stripe or official App Store in-app billing. Deal Passes grant 60 days of unlimited access from the date of purchase.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeaseWise LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, or any vehicle purchase or lease transaction entered into with third-party dealerships.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
